We hope this letter finds you well and excited that Pulaski Polka Days will be here before you know it! We’re excited to share that reservations are now open and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon!

We have a couple of important (but straightforward) updates regarding pricing and reservation details for the upcoming season.

The Village authorities have mandated a daily camping fee of $25 per day. This fee applies to all camping within the Village throughout the year not just during Polka Day. This fee helps support our local community, parks and services.

The 2026 daily campsite rate will be $25 per campsite, plus the applicable rate based on whether you require a 30-amp or 50-amp site ($95 for 30 amp and $110 for 50 amp) per night. For this year, the Polka Days Committee will be covering the remaining associated fees to help ease the transition, beyond the first nightly charge of $25.

To help us plan accordingly and ensure we can accommodate everyone, we will require a 50% prepayment of your total estimated fees to secure your 2026 reservation. We kindly ask that this deposit be received by May 1, 2026. Please note that reservations cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive your deposit by that date.
