Wisconsin now has an offical day to celebrate the polka! April 21st is now “Wisconsin Polka Day.” The Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, declared that on April 21, 2024, as Wisconsin celebrated 30 years of having the polka be the official state dance.
